Individualized bodywork and movement therapy that adapts to you, helping reduce pain, improve movement, and get you back to doing what you love.

Is This Right For You?

Emerge may be a good fit if pain, injury, or limited movement is getting in the way of the things you want to do.

Whether you're dealing with persistent pain, recovering from an injury or surgery, navigating a motor vehicle accident, or simply wanting to move and feel better, we'll meet you where you are and work from there.

An Approach That Adapts to You

Every session starts with you. We look at how you’re moving, what you’re experiencing, and what may be contributing to the problem.

From there, hands-on bodywork, movement, positioning, and breath are used as needed. We pay attention to what helps, what changes, and what doesn’t, adapting the session as we go.

Motor Vehicle Accident Recovery

Motor vehicle accidents can affect the body in complex ways, and not every problem is obvious right away. Working with these injuries requires experience, careful assessment, and an approach that adapts as your recovery progresses.

I use hands-on bodywork and movement to address pain and movement limitations and help you return to the activities that matter to you.

My Story

I’ve been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012, but my connection to this work started as a patient. A serious bike accident left me dealing with injuries, surgery, and a long recovery. Bodywork became an important part of getting back to my life and changed the direction of mine.

That experience still shapes how I work today. I know how frustrating it can be when pain or injury gets in the way of your life, and how important it is to have someone who listens, stays curious, and adapts the work to you.

Preparing for Your Session

Sessions are clothed and may include work on the table, seated, or standing. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily, such as athletic shorts and a T-shirt or tank top.

Craig is a real asset to the medical services offered in NE Oregon. He is a myofacial specialist and thus, has tools that help heal deep tissue injuries. I have never experienced this type of massage modality before and it is very effective.
I have osteoarthritis in my hips and Craig's treatments are helping me live without chronic pain and reduce the probability of a hip replacement.
