Policies

At Emerge Bodywork, your time and well-being are deeply valued. In return, clear policies are in place to ensure the best experience for all clients and a sustainable working environment for the practitioner.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be charged the full session rate. This fee must be paid before rebooking future appointments.

Please understand that this time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from accessing available care.

No-Show Policy

Failure to show up for a scheduled session without any prior communication will be treated as a “no-show” and charged the full appointment fee. Clients who no-show more than once may be asked to prepay for future sessions or may not be rebooked.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time in consideration of the next client. Sessions shortened due to client tardiness are charged at the full rate. If you arrive excessively late (15+ minutes), Craig will determine if there is sufficient time to proceed with any portion of the session. If not, it may be considered a missed appointment and subject to full charge.

Please plan to arrive on time to ensure a full, relaxed, and beneficial session.

Hygiene & Attire

Clients are expected to arrive clean and dressed appropriately. Craig may recommend specific attire to ensure effective access to body regions (e.g., athletic shorts, sports bras). Proper hygiene ensures comfort and safety for both client and therapist.

Respect & Professionalism

Craig provides a safe, respectful, and professional space for all clients. Inappropriate behavior of any kind, including suggestive comments or actions, will result in the immediate termination of the session with full payment required. Future appointments will not be accepted.
