My Story
I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012. My journey into bodywork started the hard way; after a serious bike accident left me recovering from injuries and surgery. Massage therapy played a huge role in my healing, and it changed the way I understood pain, movement, and recovery.
Like many of my clients, I’ve also experienced chronic pain from years of desk work and postural imbalances. I know what it’s like to feel stuck in discomfort, and I’ve dedicated my career to helping others find lasting relief.
